In late 2016, with the help of a friend who moved out of state, Kim Vaughn started her career in Transaction Coordinating. Kim’s initial beginning in Real Estate however began in 2005 when she received her Texas Real Estate license and worked hard as an agent. Being a single mom at the time however didn’t allow her to have a career without a steady paycheck. She was fortunate enough to find a home with the Top Producing team in Kingwood, Texas. As busy Brokers leading a fast growing office, they hired Kim to manage their transactions, the office and work as a buyer’s rep. This is where Kim’s love for real estate grew. She learned more from that brokerage team and the agents in the office than she ever thought possible, and she still carries that knowledge with her today.

Wanting to really grow the business in March 2019, she brought on her smart, business-minded friend, Liz Sorsby. Liz brings with her a degree in Advertising from the University of Texas, as well as years of experience working for a home builder. She comes ready to help agents manage and market their property listings, as well as help grow their presence in the field. Liz is the perfect addition to the Bluebonnet Transactions Team!
